To better protect the privacy rights of users, we provide the "Delete Account" feature in the application. Users can find the entrance to delete personal information (account) through the following path:

MyToken App - Home -clicking Personal Center -Common Functions -Help Center -Other -Account Logging out

Once the MyToken account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please back up all information and data related to the MyToken account before proceeding. By deleting the MyToken account, you will no longer be able to use the MyToken account and will not be able to retrieve all historical records in the account (It is impossible to re -register the mailbox of the cancellation account.), including but not limited to:

  • You will not be able to log in or use the MyToken account.
  • Personal profile and historical information of the MyToken account (including but not limited to username, nickname, avatar, KYC certification records, etc.) will not be recoverable.
  • Information service records saved in your MyToken account, such as favorites and subscriptions, will not be recoverable. You understand and agree that MyToken cannot assist you in recovering the aforementioned services.
  • MyToken assets have been settled, MyToken digital currency assets and candies have been withdrawn or emptied, various value-added services have been settled, or you confirm that you waive the aforementioned rights.

When a user deletes personal information (account), we will retain the following information to ensure it cannot be associated with the user's identity and will regularly perform automated deletion according to the information retention period, including the following categories:

  • Content in user feedback: If there are images or videos submitted by the user, or problem logs submitted, we retain them for further analysis and finding the best solution to the problem. When a user applies for personal information (account) deletion, we will retain them for a period of 3 years.
  • Log information: System and exception logs will be uploaded for analysis, including IP addresses, language preferences, operating system versions, dates or times of access, to help us accurately identify issues and assist users in solving problems during service usage. They will be deleted after 7 days.
