MyToken and Users Jointly Confirm：

Both MyToken and the user have carefully read all the terms of this "MyToken User Agreement," are aware of, understand, and accept this Agreement, and agree to use it as the basis for determining the rights and obligations of both parties. This Agreement includes the main text of this Agreement as well as various rules, statements, and explanations that MyToken has issued or may issue in the future. All rules, statements, and explanations are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the main text of the Agreement.

1. Definition of Terms

1.1 "MyToken": Refers to the MyToken app, with the domain www.mytoken.news. In this Agreement, "MyToken" refers to both the MyToken app.

1.2 "User": A MyToken registered member who accepts and agrees to all the terms of this Agreement and various rules, statements, and explanations issued and updated by MyToken from time to time, and who uses the MyToken app.

1.3 "User Registration": Refers to the process in which a user logs into MyToken, fills in the required information as per the requirements, and confirms agreement to fulfill the relevant user agreement.

2. User Registration

2.1 Registration Qualification

The user promises: The user has full civil rights and capacity for conduct, or if the user does not have full civil rights and capacity for conduct, clicking the agree to register button is deemed to be done with the consent of their legal guardian, and the legal guardian will handle the registration and use of MyToken services on their behalf.

2.2 Purpose of Registration

The user promises: The user’s registration on MyToken is not for the purpose of engaging in illegal activities that violate laws and regulations.

2.3 Registration Process

2.3.1 The user agrees to provide valid contact information such as an email, as required by the MyToken registration page, and set a password. The user must ensure that all provided information is true, complete, and accurate.

3. User Services

3.1 Service Content

3.1.1 Users have the right to browse real-time digital asset market information on MyToken.

3.1.2 Users have the right to view information under their MyToken member account on MyToken and to operate using the functions provided by MyToken.

3.2 Service Rules

Users promise to comply with the following MyToken service rules:

3.2.1 Users must comply with laws, regulations, rules, normative documents, and policy requirements, and must not engage in illegal activities or activities that damage MyToken or third-party rights using MyToken services. This includes sending or receiving any illegal, violating, morally objectionable, or infringing information, sending or receiving pyramid scheme materials or other harmful information or statements, using or forging MyToken email headers without authorization, etc.

3.2.2 Users must properly use and safeguard their MyToken account and password. Users bear full responsibility for any operations and consequences using their MyToken account and password. If a user discovers that their MyToken account and password are being used by an unauthorized third party or if there are other account security issues, they should immediately notify MyToken effectively and request MyToken to suspend the service of the said MyToken account. MyToken has the right to take action within a reasonable time based on the user’s request but is not responsible for any loss suffered by the user before MyToken takes action. Users may not transfer their MyToken account to others by gifting, lending, renting, transferring, or other means without MyToken’s consent.

3.2.3 Users must comply with the user agreement and other service terms and operation rules issued and updated by MyToken from time to time.

4. User Rights and Obligations

4.1 Users have the right to receive services provided by MyToken as agreed in this Agreement.

4.2 Users have the right to terminate the use of MyToken services at any time.

4.3 Users are responsible for the truthfulness, validity, and security of the personal data provided during registration.

4.4 Users may not interfere with the normal operation of MyToken or interfere with other users' use of MyToken services by any technical means or other ways.

4.5 Users may not maliciously defame MyToken’s reputation by fabricating facts.

5. MyToken’s Rights and Obligations

5.1 If a user does not meet the registration qualifications specified in this Agreement, MyToken has the right to refuse the user’s registration and has the right to cancel the registered MyToken member account. MyToken has the right to claim compensation from the aforementioned user or their legal guardian for any losses suffered by MyToken as a result. MyToken reserves the right to decide whether to accept the user’s registration in other cases.

5.2 If MyToken finds that the account user is not the initial registrant of the account, it has the right to suspend the use of that account.

5.3 MyToken has the right to notify the user to correct, update information, or suspend or terminate MyToken services if MyToken reasonably suspects that the user-provided information is incorrect, untrue, invalid, or incomplete through technical testing or manual sampling.

5.4 MyToken has the right to correct any apparent errors in the information displayed on MyToken.

5.5 MyToken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate MyToken services at any time. MyToken exercises the right to modify or suspend services without prior notice to the user. If MyToken terminates one or more MyToken services, the termination takes effect on the date MyToken publishes the termination announcement on the website.

5.6 If a user does not log in to MyToken with their MyToken member account and password for a continuous year, MyToken has the right to cancel the user’s MyToken account. After the account is canceled, MyToken has the right to open the corresponding member name for other users to register and use.

5.7 MyToken has the right to retain the user’s registration information and all information generated during the user’s use of MyToken services during the performance of this Agreement and after its termination, but it must be used in accordance with this Agreement and must not be used illegally.

5.8 MyToken has the right to delete any information on MyToken that does not comply with national laws, regulations, normative documents, or MyToken regulations at any time. MyToken exercises this right without prior notice to the user.

6. Special Statement

6.1 To the extent permitted by law, MyToken is not responsible for any inability to serve or delayed service and the resulting loss to users due to information network equipment maintenance, information network connection failure, computer, communication or other system failures, power failures, weather reasons, accidents, strikes, labor disputes, riots, uprisings, disturbances, productivity or production material shortages, fires, floods, storms, explosions, wars, banking or other partner reasons, digital asset market crashes, government actions, judicial administrative orders, other force majeure, or third-party inactions.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All intellectual achievements contained in MyToken, including but not limited to website logos, databases, website design, text and graphics, software, photos, videos, music, sounds, and their combinations, software compilation, relevant source code, and software (including small applications and scripts) are the property of MyToken. Users may not copy, modify, copy, send or use any of the aforementioned materials or content for commercial purposes.

7.2 All rights (including but not limited to goodwill and trademarks, logos) contained in the MyToken name belong to MyToken.

7.3 Acceptance of this Agreement by the user is deemed to be the user’s voluntary transfer to MyToken of the copyright of any information published by the user on MyToken in any form, including but not limited to: the right to reproduce, distribute, rent, exhibit, perform, show, broadcast, disseminate information online, produce, adapt, translate, compile, and other transferable rights that should be enjoyed by the copyright owner. MyToken has the right to file lawsuits for any subject’s infringement and obtain full compensation. This Agreement is a written agreement stipulated in Article 25 of the "Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China," and its effect extends to any content protected by the Copyright Law published by the user on MyToken, whether the content was formed before or after the signing of this Agreement.

7.4 During the use of MyToken services, users must not illegally use or dispose of MyToken or others' intellectual property rights. Users may not publish any information published on MyToken in any form or authorize other websites (and media) to use it.

8. Changes and Termination of the Agreement

8.1 Changes to the Agreement: MyToken has the right to change the content of this Agreement or other service terms and operation rules issued by MyToken at any time. MyToken will publish an announcement in a prominent position within MyToken when changes are made. The changes take effect from the time of the announcement. If the user continues to use the services provided by MyToken, it is deemed that the user agrees to the changes. If the user does not agree with the changed content, the user has the right to cancel the MyToken account and stop using MyToken services.

8.2 Termination of the Agreement:

8.2.1 MyToken has the right to cancel the user's MyToken account as agreed in this Agreement, and this Agreement terminates on the date the account is canceled.

8.2.2 MyToken reserves the right to terminate all MyToken services in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, and this Agreement shall terminate on the day all MyToken services are terminated.

8.2.3 After the termination of this Agreement, the user shall not have the right to request MyToken to continue to provide any services or fulfill any other obligations, including but not limited to requesting MyToken to retain or disclose any information in the user's original MyToken account, forwarding any information to the user or a third party that the user has not read or sent, etc.

8.2.4 The termination of this Agreement shall not affect the right of the non-breaching party to hold the breaching party liable for breach of contract.

9. Protection of User Information

9.1 Scope of Application

9.1.1 When the user registers a MyToken account, the user provides personal registration information as required by MyToken.

9.1.2 When the user uses MyToken services, MyToken automatically receives and records server values ​​on the user's browser, including but not limited to IP addresses and data records requested by the user.

9.1.3 Other user personal information obtained by MyToken through legal means.

9.2 Use of Information

9.2.1 Without the user's additional consent, the user's successful registration on MyToken is deemed as the user's consent to MyToken collecting and using various information of the user on MyToken, as listed in Article 9.1. The user understands and agrees that MyToken may use the collected user information for purposes including but not limited to the following:

9.2.1.1 Providing MyToken services to users;

9.2.1.2 Reporting to relevant departments based on the requirements of relevant competent authorities;

9.2.1.3 When users use MyToken services, MyToken will use user information for identity verification, customer service, security prevention, fraud monitoring, archiving, and backup purposes to ensure the security of the products and services provided by MyToken to users;

9.2.1.4 Assisting MyToken in designing new products and services, improving existing MyToken services;

9.2.1.5 Without the user's additional consent, MyToken provides various services required for different websites and apps operated by different organizations under the MyToken brand to users;

9.2.1.6 In order to enable users to understand the specific situation of MyToken services, users agree that MyToken may send them marketing activity notifications, commercial electronic information, and provide advertisements related to users instead of general advertisements;

9.2.1.7 Pursuant to legal requirements, requirements of competent authorities, or with the user's consent;

9.2.1.8 MyToken transfers or discloses user information to any non-affiliated third party for the purpose of completing mergers, divisions, acquisitions, or asset transfers;

9.2.1.9 Software certification or management software upgrades;

9.2.1.10 Inviting users to participate in surveys related to MyToken services;

9.2.1.11 Data analysis for cooperation with government agencies, public institutions, etc.;

9.2.1.12 Used for all other lawful purposes and other purposes authorized by users.

9.2.2 MyToken will not sell or lend users' personal information to any other person without the user's permission. MyToken also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate users' personal information by any means.

9.2.3 In order for users to better enjoy the services provided by MyToken, users acknowledge and agree that MyToken may authorize their personal information to other third-party credit agencies for the purpose of verifying the authenticity of user information and providing credit services.

9.3 MyToken shall keep confidential the customer identity information and transaction information obtained, and shall not provide customer identity information and transaction information to any unit or individual, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

10.1 Users understand and agree that under no circumstances shall MyToken be liable for the following:

10.1.1 Business interruption;

10.1.2 Loss of information;

10.1.3 Loss of opportunities, reputation, or goodwill;

10.1.4 Damage or loss of data;

10.1.5 Cost of purchasing substitute products or services;

10.1.6 Any indirect, special, or incidental losses or damages arising from infringement (including negligence), breach of contract, or any other reason, regardless of whether such losses or damages could be reasonably foreseen by MyToken; regardless of whether MyToken was informed in advance of the possibility of such losses or damages.

Sections 10.1.1 to 10.1.6 are independent of each other.

10.2 Users understand and agree that MyToken shall not be liable for any damages caused to users by any of the following circumstances:

10.2.1 MyToken has reasonable grounds to believe that the user's behavior on MyToken is suspected of being illegal or improper.

10.2.2 Expenses and losses incurred by purchasing or obtaining any data, information, or conducting transactions through MyToken services or alternative behaviors.

10.2.3 Misunderstandings about MyToken services by users.

10.2.4 Leakage, destruction, or loss of user information not caused by MyToken.

10.2.5 Any other losses related to the services provided by MyToken for reasons not attributable to MyToken.

10.3 MyToken cannot guarantee that all information, programs, texts, etc., contained in MyToken are completely secure and free from any interference and destruction by any viruses, Trojans, and other malicious programs. Therefore, users' decision to log in, use any services on MyToken, or download and use any programs, information, data, etc., downloaded therefrom are the user's personal decisions and are at their own risk, bearing any possible losses.

10.4 MyToken makes no guarantee or commitment regarding any information, products, and services provided by any third-party websites linked to by MyToken, or any content not owned by MyToken, etc. Users' use of any services, information, and products provided by third-party websites is the user's personal decision and they shall bear all responsibilities arising therefrom.

10.5 MyToken makes no express or implied warranties regarding the services provided by MyToken, including but not limited to the applicability, absence of errors or omissions, continuity, accuracy, reliability, suitability for a particular purpose. At the same time, MyToken does not make any commitments or guarantees regarding the validity, accuracy, correctness, reliability, quality, stability, completeness, and timeliness of the technology and information involved in the services provided by MyToken. Whether to log in or use the services provided by MyToken is the user's personal decision and they bear any risks and possible losses arising therefrom. MyToken makes no express or implied warranties regarding the market, value, and price of digital assets. Users understand that the digital asset market is volatile, and prices and values may fluctuate significantly or collapse at any time. Trading digital assets is the user's personal choice and decision, and they bear any risks and possible losses arising therefrom.

10.6 The warranties and representations of MyToken provided in this Agreement regarding the services provided by MyToken are the only warranties and representations made by MyToken regarding this Agreement and the services provided by MyToken, and they replace any other warranties and representations made in any other way or manner, whether written or oral, express or implied. All such warranties and representations represent only the commitments and guarantees of MyToken itself, and do not guarantee that any third party will comply with the warranties and representations in this Agreement.

10.7 MyToken does not waive any rights it enjoys under applicable law to limit, exempt, or offset any liability for damages to MyToken to the maximum extent permitted by law in this Agreement.
